TouficHamidi was born in 1988 in Aleppo.

He attended the Faculty of Fine Arts at Aleppo University, 
graduated in 2011 as graphic designer and typographer. 

 

Moved to Saudi Arabia in the summer of 2012 following

the escalation of the Syrian war, after that he moved to Turkey

and he lived in Istanbul for tow years.

 

Hamidi’s works on canvas embody a more chaotic emotional state for the Artist, allowing for both intense and absolute free expression. 

 

Printing, however, conducive to a more stable emotional

state for the artist.
